Gingerbread Journal


The Gingerbread Journal is all about creating a safe space to listen to your body.  80 page journal with a 6 page written introduction and the remaining pages being blank gingerbread outlines of different kinds.  The invite is to pause long enough to notice what is happening inside your body and than express that on paper. Words are not necessary and can be included in a reflection process afterwards.  This journal was created with teens and adults in mind has also been found to be useful with children as young as 5 years old.
